Commissioned 2021, original client relocated internationally. 400 sqm courtyard garden, 25-metre pool, 80-seat private cinema, Calacatta Oro marble from Carrara, French oak from Burgundy, Paris foundry metalwork.
Delivered 2018. Owner relocated to London 2024 and has invited QASR to facilitate a discreet transfer to the right principal. Andalusian-influenced courtyards, hand-laid zellige tilework, climate-conditioned wine cellar for 1,800 bottles.
2,000 sqm in Mishref Block 1 secured. One client, one residence, three to four years from conversation to handover. Commissioned from 3,000,000 KWD. We are presently in conversation with three principals; one further conversation may be possible.

On rare occasion an owner relocates. We facilitate off-market transfer under strict confidentiality, by invitation.
